  • Attempt to overload or crash a system or network
  • Falsifying packet headers, sender information, or any other identifying information

3.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Mass mailing or spamming
  • Harvesting email addresses for spam purposes
  • Operating a mail server as an open relay
  • Sending unsolicited advertisements or promotions

3.5 Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations

  • Sharing, distributing, or downloading copyrighted material without permission
  • Circumventing digital rights management technologies
  • Using our Services to sell or distribute counterfeit goods

3.6 Reselling Services

  • Reselling or redistributing our Services without our explicit written permission
  • Creating a substitute or similar service based on our Services

4. Allowed Use Cases

Our proxy services are designed for legitimate business and personal use cases, including but not limited to:

  • Web scraping and data collection (when permitted by the target website's terms of service)
  • Market research and price comparison
  • SEO monitoring and verification
  • Ad verification
  • Brand protection and anti-counterfeiting efforts

Proxylite may report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@proxylite.io.

Please provide detailed information about the violation, including evidence if available, to help us investigate the matter efficiently.
